Wuxi AoTian Steel Wire Products Co., Ltd (original: Wuxi HuaTian Standard Piece and Wire Drawing Co., Ltd) was founded in 2000. Our company specializes in manufacturing advanced steel wire products, such as carbon steel spheroidized wire, alloy steel spheroidized wire and rivet wire for cold heading and so on. Our production capacity can reach 40,000 ton per year. Our products are widely used in making auto, aerospace and ship fasteners, precisional electronic screws, high strength bolts and nuts and self-drilling screws and other irregular parts and so on. We insist offering first-class prodcuts and best service to customers around the world for 20 years.

We have professional research and technical personnel. In addition, our production facilities are the most advanced facilities in China, such as the atmosphere protectional spheroidized annealing furnaces and the high speed draw machines and so on. 1. We have advanced inspection equipments so that to carry things out strictly according to the IQC,IPQC and OQC process. Also, our technical staff will record all data of mechanical properties for the finished wire and make quality guarantee certificate to customers. That’s our commitment to the quality of our products.

2. We adopt the high purity nitrogen protection method, which can do the quick heat conduction,even heating and high productivity .After annealing, the hardness and tensile strength are steady,organization spheroidizing rate is high and grain size is uniform and without oxidation and decarburization,the surface of wire is smooth.

3. We use the phosphoric acid and soap lubricant from Taiwan. In the production line, we use the timer to control the soaking time of each pharmaceutical pool.
